Chef Fred Theriot has spent most of his life creating fine cuisine for
catered events. Starting in the early eighties, Fred
opened
his first restaurant in Monroe, Louisiana specializing in the
same great entrees he now provides to Metro Atlanta area catered
events. |

Like most Cajuns, Fred’s past includes many hours in the kitchen
learning the art of a great roux, the heart of most Cajun dishes.
Most of his recipes have been refined with trial and error over the
years to the point of perfection for that great tasting Louisiana
flavor. |
